A girl who meets the main character in a harbor town. She is selfish and always speaks her mind.[1]

Younger sister of twins. She considers disturbing things to be normal, and if she is displeased she is quick to raise her voice. She is a self-centered child who wants to be praised and fawned upon, but she has a mature side...
Story[]
Meline and Cynthia are first seen in Trockmere where they're having an argument about what to do. Meline says she wants to play some more but Cynthia scolds her. Cynthia threatens her by telling her that they'll be scolded and Meline relents to proceed with their business. Meline catches Crevanille staring at her and says it's rude to stare at a lady. If apologizing, Meline takes the apology and states that trash like them should sink into the sea with the rest of the city along with Crevanille's bug-like familiar. She departs and says goodbye to Crevanille, referring to him as trash. Remus makes note that it's a shame someone so young has a treacherous tongue.
Cynthia and Meline are seen once more after the party enters Marquelay. She tells Meline she'll be off and leaves her in Marquelay. Meline decides to explore the city until Cynthia comes back. The group encounter Meline in front of a fruit stand, admiring a spiky fruit. She turns and notices that she's met Crevanille before, stating it was boring that he didn't sink to the bottom of the sea and that the city got wiped out. Regardless of how Crevanille reacts, Meline throws a fruit at him which he dodges, pays the shopkeeper for the fruit she threw and leaves in an angry fit, stating how much she hates him as she departs to the other side of town. The shopkeeper apologizes by giving Crevanille a fruit, asking him that if sees Meline to give her some as it seemed like she wanted it.
Meline can be found on the other side of town. After giving her the Tropical fruit, Meline wonders why the shopkeeper would give her the fruit. The group decides to spend some time with her, sharing the fruit which she found to be meh. Cynthia calls out for Meline, wondering where she was with Meline immediately sensing Cynthia's anger and saying goodbye to the group. Meline apologizes to Cynthia for disobeying her and departs with her.
